The Arthritis Foundation’s San Francisco office is currently implementing a new Pediatric Transition program to address the needs of adolescent patients who will transition their health care from pediatric to adult rheumatology providers. One of the objectives of the program is to educate pediatric and adult rheumatologists so that they can better assist their patients with this transition. We would like to get your feedback as to what topics might interest you with regard to transition of care and hope that you will take just a few minutes (less than 5!) to take our brief online survey here: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/NRL5ZRZ. If you are interested in learning more about this program, please contact Emma Davis at edavis@arthritis.org or 415-356-5488. |
